Career development:

The annual performance review and development process promotes discussion about career aspirations and individual development, and ways to reach career goals. As part of its annual workforce planning process, CGA-PAKISTAN identifies and develops people with leadership potential. Employees may be offered secondment to leadership positions, other teams or other offices.

Employees are encouraged to undertake further training, professional development and education. For those who want to upgrade their work-related qualifications, course fees may be reimbursed by CGA-PAKISTAN.

Salary, bonuses and superannuation:

CGA-PAKISTAN offers market-competitive salary packages, and regularly benchmarks and reviews its salary levels against the corporate market.

Subject to achievement of organizational targets and individual performance, bonuses of up to 10 per cent are awarded annually on total salary costs for eligible employees.

Awards:

Through the ‘Great Ideas!’ program, employees may be paid the cash awards Rs 100, $1000 or more where ideas significantly improve CGA-PAKISTAN processes or enhance the member experience. Awards are also given to our employees who attain five, 10, 15 or 20 years’ service. Successes and awards are regularly highlighted on our intranet.
